Who Seymour Serves

Seymour is a private household assistant app used by opted-in members of the Young household. Seymour helps coordinate family schedules, children logistics, medication reminders, refill alerts, shopping items, tasks, weather notices, and related household notifications.

Information We Collect

• Account profile details such as name, role, phone number, and notification preferences.
• Household coordination details such as calendar events, tasks, routines, shopping items, and medication refill status.
• SMS delivery information such as message recipient, timestamp, and opt-out status.
• Technical information needed to operate the app, such as session state and service logs.

How We Use Information

We use information only to operate Seymour, send requested household reminders and alerts, maintain user preferences, troubleshoot the app, and improve family coordination. Seymour does not send marketing messages.

SMS and Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only for Seymour household alerts. Seymour does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messages only as needed to deliver Seymour notifications.

Who We Share Information With

Seymour may use service providers such as hosting, database, calendar, AI, messaging, and SMS delivery providers to operate the app. These providers receive only the information needed to provide their services. Seymour does not disclose household information externally except as required to operate the app, comply with law, protect safety, or respond to an authorized request.

Your Choices

• You may disable SMS alerts by replying STOP to a Seymour text message.
• You may request help by replying HELP.
• You may ask the household administrator to update or remove your notification preferences.
