Program Description

Seymour sends non-marketing household assistant text messages to opted-in family members and caregivers. Messages may include schedule reminders, pickup and drop-off alerts, medication log reminders, refill notifications, weather or event disruption alerts, and urgent household coordination notices.

Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to Seymour SMS alerts, you agree to receive automated household reminder and alert text messages from Seymour at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on household schedule activity and selected notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help

• Reply STOP to cancel Seymour SMS alerts.
• Reply START to resume messages if supported by your carrier and messaging provider.
• Reply HELP for help or contact 1752Highlands@gmail.com.

Message Examples

• Seymour: Medication refill reminder: a medication has fewer than 5 days left. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Seymour: Pickup reminder: leave by 2:45 PM for Jillian gymnastics. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Seymour: Weather alert: rain is expected around school pickup time. Reply STOP to opt out.

Carrier and Delivery Notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your carrier, phone settings, network availability, and messaging provider status.
